We offer scholarships to parents and families of special needs children to assist them in paying off medical debt, school for themselves or their  special needs child, as well as offering support in many other ways to them. We will be organizing monthly support groups to bring parents together to help one another and to bond with others who understand their frustrations.
Engagement with the community is important to us because families should not feel like outsiders because they have a special needs child. We will organize events to educate and bring awareness to special needs conditions, as well as build relationships to be able to offer more opportunities to the families we serve.

    November Parent Support Group
    This support group is open to any and all parents of children with special needs looking for guidance, assistance, support, and knowledge. The topic for the evening is SELF CARE. This event is free to all. Starts at 7pm. Location: TBA
  2. Wednesday, December 12th, 2018 @ 7pm till 10pm
    Christmas Movie Spirit Night
    Join us for a fun evening, IN YOUR PJs, for a wonderful evening of Christmas movies, snacks, and raising money for a great cause. We'll be taking gift, and monetary, donations all evening for kids and families in need this holiday season in the Lowcountry. Come out and drop off your donations, and join us for a wonderful evening! A minimum donation requested of $5 at the door per person to attend. All proceeds benefit Unique Minds in our fight to help families of children with special needs. Location: Fair Deal Grocery, 47 Cooper Street, Charleston, SC 29403
